Hair burst 1 month review!

I have now been taking these rather large tablets for exactly a month now and have also decided to try a extra month!!

My experience:

Week one and two:

In the first couple of weeks I noticed a drastic change in my hairs condition, I could actually run my hand through even without products, it was extremely soft which it has never been.

Around only three weeks in I noticed my roots were making a little display (which with my hair usually takes around two months).

Week three:

The three week mark was around the same time I decided to go dark brown like my natural colour in hope it would be less damaging equalling hopefully even more growth in the long run, I wont bore you with details but long story short I did have a little trim which may have impacted this months results.

Week four (final tablets):

My hair feels thicker which if anything is annoying as its thick as ever anyway so now takes even longer to do anything with but probably a good result for others ... Its has also become super shiny and a lot easier to style, I have had less hassle with frizz too!

  It does feel longer but cant say for sure really but my fringe has definitely grown at least a inch :)!! so maybe the rest has too.

Side effects:

We all secretly want there to be some negative outcome from these sorts of pills and I was hoping to bust it as I am pathetically sensitive to literally everything (lame I know) but I only had one side affect and it was a big point for me!! .....

  NO SPOTS ... I used to get them all the time and now none .... I still got the sexy regular hormonal one's but that was that and even they were smaller than normal :) My skin has also got even softer which is great!



Overall view:

 I am very happy with all results so far and would definitely recommend them, I have ordered another months supply as the product claims month two is where you really see growth so will review again then I will also add before and after pictures!!

  Pros so far:

softer hair, small amount of growth, thicker hair, shiny hair, less frizz, no spots, better skin, tougher nails, no negative side effects

  Cons so far:

Tablets massive size, tablets smell

I recently ordered myself these multivitamins after seeing YouTuber's and Instagramers giving them glowing reviews.

I would like to make clear before I start my Journey in testing this product that I am not being paid to give it glowing reviews, I have bought these with my own money and will remain completely impartial. I will be looking at any side effects I encounter and documenting the progress also highlighting diet changes or others factors that may influence the outcome :).

I ordered mine through amazon so this is how it arrived (with seal) overall with postage it cost me £17 

Product from website is £24.99 or at a great discount when brought as a bulk which I will definitely be doing if I get on well with my first month :)

There are 60 tablets in the month supply and you are required to take two a day in the morning! 





Initial first 3 days: 


The pills are large and in capsule form but surprisingly easy to take, the tablets also smell awful similar to the "hair skin and nails" which is expected due to their contents so not a deal breaker! 

So far noticing no results as its only been 3 days but will make a post one I start to see any improvements :)

My hair now:

I have naturally super thick curly hair which tends to get very dry and frizzy.

as you may be able to notice in this pic quite dry and not very shiny at all!! 

Its also prone to split fast which ends in regular haircuts so no growth.

I am currently drinking lots of water while on this challenge as I should already be doing this. Biotin (which is in this product) has caused me to get lots of sexy spots in the past so this should help :D

So bigger boobs without plastic surgery .... I read a post on a awful fake boob enhancing cream on this post along with all the negative comments some one had posted a link to a certain article listing natural foods/products that help firm/encourage growth:

After reading the post I decided to try a few things out to see if they actually work (I left out the exercise based as it can also have the opposite affect) I trued from this list:

• Lentils and chickpeas
• Lima and kidney beans
• Dairy products, such as cheese and yogurt
• Fenugreek seeds
• Spices such as sage, clover, and oregano
• Fruits such as apples, cherries, and plums
• Vegetables such as beets, carrots, and cucumbers
• Grains such as rice, barley, and wheat

These foods increase Oestrogen levels naturally (be careful to monitor your mood so on to much oestrogen can be very bad for you) 

I settled with full fat milk and the capsule version of Fenugreek noticing slighter fullness after a few weeks, I researched Fenugreek its amazing for your body it can help with:

 the digestive system, hair loss prevention/regrowth, breast cancer prevention, chapped lips, infections, erectile dysfunction (male bonus ;), kidney problem and even heart problems 

I was sold on this straight away while researching some women had used it along with Herbal Tincture and experienced super results so i mixed this in with my routine (taking one in the morning and one at night, you can take up to three if you desire but they are pricey).

 

Application:

Herbal tinture can be used twice a day 10-15 drops, It does not apply well at all so I mixed mine with my favourite moisturiser (It also smells disgusting so helps that too) them massage it into the breasts in circular motions (which is also a key for helping promote growth apparently).

My only downside of these two products is it can make your sweat smell a bit herby which is very odd not to bad though I guess better than normal sweaty smells.

Results

I managed to achieve a whole cup size larger, and more fullness/shape :) ... my boyfriend noticed within 2 weeks of using the products if he noticed it must have worked!! aha 

I give this routing 9/10 losing a point for the stinky Tincture smell ...... let me know how you lot get on and if you have tried some mix that works even better!!

This is a sugar scrub for exfoliating your lips ready for lipstick/ balm :)


There are a few flavours in this range but by smell I picked this one, it is easy to apply and very efficient you only need the teeniest bit which is super awesome!


This product is also edible ..... and tastes amazing you can either eat it off once finished or if feeling a little cheeky ask someone else too ;)

when i first opened it I was worried that it would go super quick as there isnt to much inside but I have had it almost a month now and you cant even noticed its been used.


I was going to post before and after pictures but my lips arnt very dry at the moment so you cant really see the impact it has.


I give this a 10/10 at the price of £5.50 it is definitely worth it .... recommended for boys also!

Plumpy sexy lippys!

Nice big pouty lips! here's a trick even the super thin lipped can use .....

I myself have pretty average lips and wanted a little bit more oomph, I have searched around for natural approaches but most consist of suction techniques which can be very damaging and cause permanent problems.

I decided to try a lip enhancing gloss: Soap an glory: mother pucker mainly because the name amused me :) I didn't like the pink so I got the shade *half naked*

My experience:






Other people slated this product for the tingling sensation but I loved it even though it was a little tickley, application was the products let down as it is super sticky!! so after working its magic I would rub it off and apply a balm instead, but for its claims I give it a 9/10 as I really found it did work wonders for me made m lips plumpy but not to fish like, its a shame about the stickiness as the colours also lush!

To get super soft lips without paying out for scrubs use a small amount of Vaseline and a old soft bristle toothbrush, gently ex-foliate in circle motions the lip surface. This will remove dead skin while the Vaseline also rehydrates the lip area :)
